The PA Foundation

Our mission

The PA Foundation aims to develop and inspire people, particularly those facing disadvantage, to be the innovators and leaders of tomorrow, applying their ingenuity to solve the world's biggest challenges.

What we do

The PA Foundation is an independent charity expanding access to quality education, skills and careers, particularly in STEM-related fields, and working to address the underlying barriers holding people from disadvantaged backgrounds back.

Formed in late 2021, The PA Foundation amplifies PA’s volunteering efforts by providing grants to charities and non-profit organisations to make a real difference. In 2022, The PA Foundation distributed more than £1.2 million to 20 charity partners in all of the core regions PA operates.

Our relationship to PA

We’re PA’s charity partner. The grants we give to charities and non-profit organisations deepen the impact of the skills and experience PA’s people volunteer to further benefit the wider community. PA is also providing The PA Foundation with ongoing financial support, starting with a £10 million donation to be dispersed across projects run by its global communities over the next five years.

Our trustees

The PA Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees comprised of independent Trustees and current PA employees.
